New entrants to the THW Global are very much excited and have lots of Questions in their mind.
Today, I am trying to give some Answers to these serious Questions and are as :-
Q: What can I earn as a Free IV?
A: Free IVs can earn a maximum of up to $1,000 a month for
their personal efforts and a maximum of up to $10,000 a month for their 10
Level Team building efforts, this maximum includes all Power Leg and Dual Team
Bonuses offered!
Q: What is required of me as a
Free IV?
A: Free IVs need to spend a minimum of 5 hours a week
viewing and commenting on videos to be commission qualified. Failure to have 5
personal hours of viewing commenting and/or reviewing back office offers
forfeits all commissions for that week.
Q: What do I earn as a Certified
IV?
A: Certified IVs have no maximum incomes for personal or
management efforts.
Certified IVs may sell ads, certification courses and
participate in Partnerships.
Certified IVs are not required to spend a minimum of 5
hours a week viewing and commenting on videos to be commission qualified,
although it is encouraged.
Certified IVs may participate in ad commissions, coded and
partnership bonuses.
Q: How do I become a Certified IV?
A: From within your back office, click On Certified IV
Opportunities.
This will open the page which fully describes our Certified
IV Program. Once you have reviewed the information click on - Get Certified Now
in bottom left corner.
Send your payment to the Las Vegas office for faster
processing, if you choose one of the other payment centers it could take up to
3 weeks to process.
Q: Do we offer a different
payment option?
A: Not at this time, however we expect to have a full
eWallet in place by the second week of September.
Q: What forms of payment will be
accepted within the eWallet?
A: The eWallet will accept bank transfers and Bitcoins.
Beginning in October the eWallet will accept major credit cards for loading.
Q: Am I required to purchase anything?
A: No purchase is required to earn Tokens with THWGlobal.
Q: How do I begin earning
Tokens?
A: Just complete your required 10 hours of initial viewing
and commenting on videos, at your schedule. The initial 10 hours of viewing can
be done at any time, for some it can be done in 1 day, for others it may take
several weeks. It is completely up to you. Then simply spend a minimum of 5
hours in any given week viewing and commenting on videos to begin earning
Tokens.
Q: What happens if I do not
spend 5 hours a week viewing and commenting on videos?
A: Any Tokens earned for that week will be forfeited.
Tokens begin accumulating again in the next week.
Q: Is there any way to get
around having to spend the initial 10 hours viewing and commenting and the 5
hours per week?
A: Yes, Certified IVs are not required to complete the
initial 10 hours or 5 hours of weekly viewing and commenting to qualify to earn
Tokens.
Q: Why am I required to spend 10
hours of initial viewing and commenting?
A: Since THWGlobal is a 100% free opportunity we feel that
simply asking all new IVs to merely complete 10 hours of viewing and commenting
is not unreasonable.
Q: What is a THWGlobal Token?
A: Tokens simply serve as a unit of measure for THWGlobal.
Tokens can be redeem for points. Points can be converted directly to US
Dollars. 100 Points equals $1.00 US Dollar.
Q: Why is THWGlobal utilizing a
Token System?
A: THWGlobal has implemented our Token system to track and
reward all IVs globally for viewing and commenting on videos, taking surveys,
searching or shopping. Tokens are used as a means to equalize the earnings potential
of all IVs on a global basis. Due to the fluctuating nature on various
currencies, various minimum wage levels and multiple ways of earning a flexible
financial system was required to effectively manage our compensation plan.
Q: What is the value of a Token?
A: The value of a Token will be calculated on a monthly
basis beginning 30 days after we formally launch the THWGlobal Video Platform.
The value of a Token will vary on a country by country basis and will be
determined by an algorithm which takes into effect the various methods of
earning Tokens, current minimum wage and efforts of all IVs within the given
country.
Q: Will IVs be able to earn more
than the minimum wage in their respective country through the use of the
THWGlobal Token System?
A: Yes, as THWGlobal matures as a sustainable global video
platform due to the collective efforts and activities of our global base of IVs
we fully anticipated that our internal monetization group will maximize the
value of every impression offered; thus generating the earnings levels
projected.
Q: Is Certification required to
earn for viewing and commenting on videos, taking surveys, searching the web or
shopping?
A: No, certification is only required to sell Advertising
on the THWGlobal Video Platform and to earn from our additional offerings,
which are 100% optional.
Q: Is Certification required to
earn on Tokens for my teams viewing and commenting on videos, taking surveys,
searching the web or shopping on ten levels?
A: No, certification is only required to sell Advertising

Q: What is the Sponsored Users
Tree?
A: The sponsored user
tree shows the progression of your team as more members are invited and join.
Q: What is the Dual Team?
A: The Dual Team is a
compensation structure that allows you to earn from unlimited depth of
invitees. Currently this Dual Team structure it’s only filling one side of the
Dual Team and as this goes viral globally, you will see tens of thousands per
day coming into the structure below you in what is called a power leg. The
company has plans to monetize the Dual Team Structure for those who will want
to do more than viewing YouTube Type Videos.
Q: I made a mistake during
registration, can you move my position?
A: The Company does
not move positions - no exceptions - if you made a mistake then sign up again
with a different user name and e-mail. Such re-signup will not block any
commissions to the up-line in any of our compensation structures. You will need
to use a different username and valid e-mail.
Q: When will the Dual Team open
the other side?
A: Not until there is
over 3 million in the power leg - which is good for you and all others.
Q: When will we be able to begin
viewing content and ads?
A: Advertising will
begin when there are a minimum of 50,000 IVs in a given geographic territory.
Q: I have not received my
validation email, what should I do?
A: No emails are
currently sent by the system. All corporate communications are delivered to
your back office Message Center only.
Q: How will THWGlobal.com make
rewards payments to IVs?
A: THWglobal will
utilize several global payment systems and or gift cards to redeem points
earned.
